Republic of Ireland captain Robbie Keane is a doubt ahead of their final Euro 2008 qualifier with Wales on Saturday.
Keane sustained a foot injury towards the end of Tuesday's training session, and although he took a full part on Wednesday, he suffered a reaction and sat out Thursday's programme.
"We'll assess it in the morning and see if Robbie is okay to take part in the training session at the Millennium Stadium," Caretaker-manager Don Givens said.
Givens was pleased to see Shay Given, Paul McShane and Stephen Hunt back in action.
"We got them onto the pitch with the others, which was a bonus after the week we've had with injuries," added Givens.
"We'll keep an eye on the three of them over the next 24 hours, but I'm optimistic they'll be fit for Saturday."
