Bournemouth have brought in Reading duo James Henry and Alex Pearce on month-long loan deals.
Henry heads to Dean Court to build up his first-team experience having made his Reading debut as a substitute against Liverpool in the Carling Cup in September.
He spent a spell on loan at Nottingham Forest last season and the winger could feature in Bournemouth's League One clash with Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
Pearce is also available for selection and he has made two substitute appearances for Reading's first team.
The centre-half has greater experience than Henry after playing 15 games in League One last term with Northampton Town.
The Cherries now have three Reading players on the books with Jem Karacan having made two appearances since joining in mid-October.
