Lee Hendrie and Gabriel Zakuani have joined Stoke on loan until the end of the season.
Aston Villa midfielder Lee Hendrie has rejoined Stoke on loan until the end of the season, while Fulham's Gabriel Zakuani has also arrived on a temporary deal until May.
Tony Pulis was keen to tie up a deal for Hendrie after the 29-year-old spent a highly productive three-month spell at Stoke earlier in the campaign.
A return to The Britannia Stadium looked unlikely earlier in the month after The Potters revealed a Premiership club had made an enquiry for the player.
But Hendrie has put pen-to-paper on another loan contract with the club and will now look to aid The Potters in their Championship play-off bid.
Hendrie's Villa contract expires at the end of the season and manager Martin O'Neill admitted recently he is unable to offer the player any guarantees as to his future involvement in the first team.
Zakuani, 20, signed for Fulham last summer in a £1.5million deal from Orient, but he is yet to make a top-flight appearance for The Cottagers.
Reports suggest that the arrival of Zakuani will pave the way for Michael Duberry to seal a move to Reading.
