Reading have announced they will discuss new contracts with Marcus Hahnemann and Ivar Ingimarsson in the future.

The duo's current deals expire in the summer and The Royals are keen to extend their stays at The Madejski Stadium.

American goalkeeper Hahnemann has an option in his deal for an extension, which the Championship outfit seem prepared to exercise.

Icelandic midfielder Ingimarsson has also been a key member of Steve Coppell's squad this season and is set to be offered fresh terms by the club.

The pair join team-mate James Harper in being on Reading's contract negotiation list.

Dutch giants Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven are thought to be monitoring Harper's progress and The Royals are keen to tie his future down as soon as possible.
