Rotherham and Plymouth are both chasing transfer-listed Reading midfielder Nathan Tyson.

Pilgrims boss Paul Sturrock is keen to bolster his attacking options and admitted he has enquired about Tyson, while Rotherham chief Ronnie Moore is keen on Tyson and his team-mate Kevin Watson.

"We have made an enquiry but he is just one of several players we have thought of taking on loan," said Sturrock.

Reading manager Steve Coppell is willing to let Tyson and Watson leave The Madejski Stadium after placing them on the transfer list earlier this month.

Moore has admitted he has made enquiries for Tyson and Watson and is waiting to see if the duo are interested in a switch to Millmoor.
