Hart to fight referee`s report

NOTTINGHAM FOREST manager Paul Hart has vowed to defend himself after a clash with referee Mark Cowburn at the end of Saturday`s 2-0 win over Reading.

Referee Cowburn has confirmed he will be reporting the Forest boss for 'foul and abusive language' after the pair clashed over the dismissal of Jack Lester.

Hart is now prepared to use video evidence to clear his name. The duo were nose to nose during their lively exchange as Hart complained about Lester seeing red for two bookable offences.

"If I am reported I will take it right to the end of wherever it has to go," blasted Hart.

"I didn't think Jack's first tackle justified a booking, never mind the second and the majority of people inside the ground would agree with me."

The Forest chief did have some good news on the day as goals by David Johnson and Marlon Harewood continued his side`s push for promotion.
