Bolton manager Dougie Freedman is paying little attention to his side's unbeaten run and is focused on improving his players.
The Trotters are now without defeat in five games following Saturday's 1-1 draw at Brighton, their longest unbeaten run in over four years, with Freedman now boasting a personal 14-game run since his last defeat as a manager.
But the Scottish boss insists the club's form is not down to him, and that the side will need to improve if they are to move up the Championship table.
He told Bolton News: "Unbeaten runs don't matter to me.
"It is not the Dougie Freedman show; I am here to try and help these players get better individually and collectively.
"We have a good group who are under performing, we know that. They are low in confidence, I know that. If I can keep assessing them as we pick up points, then it will soon change."
