Ghana ace set to arrive in Europe

Ghana international striker Emmanuel Baffour is set to arrive in Europe next week to discuss terms with a number of clubs. Sky Sports understands that AEK Athens and Bursaspor are currently heading the chase for the 23-year-old striker. Baffour has impressed a host of scouts in his homeland this term, where he has scored 20 goals in 25 matches for New Edubiase United. Premier League duo Wigan and Bolton have shown an interest in Baffour and are now contemplating whether to make a move for the highly-rated front-man. Belgian outfit Genk are also in the frame, and his representative Chris Nathaniel confirmed Baffour was heading to Europe. "His visas etc are in place and he is expected to arrive before the end of the month," he told Sky Sports. "A number of clubs have shown an interest and talks are now ongoing. "Ideally I would like to bring him to England, but he is wanted across the continent so we will have to see how talks go."
