Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of Watford striker Marvin Sordell on a three-and-a-half year contract.
The 20-year-old, who has eight Championship goals this season, has moved to the Reebok Stadium for an undisclosed fee.
Sordell made 82 appearances for the Hornets, scoring 27 times after making his debut in August 2009.
Wanderers boss Owen Coyle insists there was competition for the striker's signature, stating the youngster has 'great potential'.
Delighted
"I am delighted to have brought Marvin to our club, as there were a number of other Premier League clubs tracking him," Coyle told the club's official website.
"We know that he has great potential and I am really looking forward to working with him.
"Overall, we're very pleased with all the players we have been able to bring in, as we have strengthened and added real quality signings to our squad."
