Cameroon ace attracting British interest

Pierre Webo is being tracked by a host of clubs as he could be set to seal a January switch to Britain, skysports.com understands. The Cameroon international striker has spent most of his career in Spain. He is currently with Real Mallorca, having also been with Leganes and Osasuna. The 29-year-old forward is now attracting attention from a clutch of clubs, who could be ready to tempt Mallorca into doing a deal. Celtic are understood to be one of those leading the way but Birmingham, Bolton, Fulham and West Brom are also thought to be keeping tabs on his situation. His British representative Barry McIntosh confirmed the interest. "Yes, a number of clubs are looking at bringing Pierre over this month," he told skysports.com. "I don't really want to get into the names, but we are looking to do something."
