Portsmouth forward John Utaka has indicated that he wishes to secure a move to a Premier League club. The Nigeria international is expected to depart Fratton Park this summer, such are the Championship team's financial woes. Bolton, Sunderland and Fulham have all been mooted as potential suitors for Utaka, who joined Portsmouth from Rennes in 2007. German pair Cologne and Bayer Leverkusen have also been linked with the 28-year-old, but Utaka is keen to stay in England. He said: "My manager is looking into the offers before him. Everything is in the air. I would like to stay in the Premier League. "It is quick, aggressive and direct and there are loads of goals every week. And, yes, the money in England is also good."
