El-Hadji Diouf says he wants to play for Senegal again, less than a month after announcing his retirement from international football.
The Bolton striker quit Senegal at the begining of October because he said he was unhappy with the way the national team was run.
But in an amazing U-turn the 26-year-old, who starred at the 2002 World Cup finals, says he wants to play again for his country.
He said: "(I am) very sensitive to the different queries concerning my decision to suspend my activities within the national team.
"I have decided - with humility - to rejoin the national team of my country which I love deeply."
