Bolton boss wants committed players

Sammy Lee believes Nicolas Anelka and El Hadji Diouf will stay at Bolton. With Bolton struggling at the bottom of the Premier League, players such as Diouf and Anelka have been linked with moves away from The Reebok Stadium. Diouf has said he would like to play for a club with UEFA Champions League ambitions, while Anelka has conceded it is 'possible' he may leave before the transfer window closes. Asked if he expected the pair to stay, Lee told Sky Sports News: "Of course. They have both made commitments and signed contracts. "I think you can see that in their play and I just want them to be happy in what they are doing and want to stay." However, Lee has declared that he only wants to work with players who are totally committed to the club. "To be perfectly honest I just want people who want to play for Bolton Wanderers Football Club," he explained. "If players want to go and play for Champions League clubs then we'll talk about it. "If for whatever reason people want to leave then I'd rather talk about that in-house."
