Internazionale and Bolton Wanderers have emerged as possible suitors for Seydou Keita.
Lens chairman Gervais Martel announced recently that the club captain could be allowed to leave Sang et Or for the right price.
Several English sides are understood to be keen on the attacking midfielder, but according to France Football, Bolton are the closest followers.
However, interest from Inter could be difficult to ignore for Keita, who still has a year remaining on his Lens contract.
The Mali international is remaining silent on any reported interest in his services.
Keita is focusing solely on Lens' chances of UEFA Champions League qualification, with the club currently second in Ligue 1.
"We will talk about my future at the end of the season," he told But.
"I am still under contract for another year. I am not thinking of the future, just of the present.
"My ambition is to achieve qualification for the Champions League for Lens. We will talk afterwards.
"I never name clubs that want to sign me in the press.
"We can say that it is my best season. There is everything, I am even scoring goals."
