The Football Association are to launch a second investigation into claims Newcastle ace Emre used racist language.
Emre was charged by The FA for using racially-aggravated and/or insulting words in the game with Everton and now he faces a second claim.
A report suggests Emre made a racist comment to Bolton forward El Hadji Diouf during Newcastle's 2-1 defeat to Bolton in October.
The FA now intent to investigate the claim and they plan to contact Diouf about the alleged incident.
An FA spokesman said: "We will be looking into these allegations and will be contacting El-Hadji Diouf to see if he wishes to provide us with a statement."
Emre has denied making racist comments to Everton trio Tim Howard, Joleon Lescott and Joseph Yobo and has requested a personal hearing for that charge.
