Reports emanating from the French press are linking Serbia & Montenegro striker Danijel Ljuboja with a move to Bolton.
The Stuttgart hit-man only made his switch to the German outfit permanent in May, following a successful loan spell from Paris Saint Germain, but he has already fallen out with his new paymasters.
Just 48 hours after agreeing a three-year deal at the Bundesliga club Ljuboja changed his mind and ordered Stuttgart to vastly improve the terms of his contract.
His pleas fell on deaf ears as Stuttgart immediately banished him to their amateur side, where he will remain until he finds another club willing to pay a suitable transfer fee.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce has claimed that he is in talks with two strikers but is reticent to unveil their identities.
Neither Stuttgart or Ljuboja have commented on the speculation as yet and it remains to be seen if Bolton are indeed interested in securing the services of the 27-year-old.
