Deportivo La Coruna defender Cesar will make a decision regarding his future within the week as he searches for a new club.
The 29-year-old is out of contract at the Riazor after rejecting the option of an extension to his current deal and is set to leave Spain after 12 seasons in La Liga.
Cesar is keen on a move to England and is thought to have a number of suitors in The Premiership.
Bolton Wanderers, Fulham and Aston Villa have all reportedly offered the stopper the chance of a switch to England's top-flight and Cesar admits he would like to test himself in one of Europe's best leagues.
"I am very interested in playing in England because they have a league with huge quality," he said.
"I have always had an interest in their football and I remember the matches I have played in their stadiums with Depor."
