The Rome club are keen to bolster their ranks to boost their fortunes after a rather mixed season and they have targeted the Perugia trio as potential signings.
The Biancoceleste have been tracking Brazilian defender Ze Maria for some time with the 28-year-old stating he would be happy to move to Stadio Olimpico.
Lazio could face competition for highly-rated midfielder Baiocco (pictured), who has also attracted the interest of Juventus.
The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the best midfielders in Italy and, with Gaizka Mendieta and Stefano Fiore struggling for form, Lazio could be keen on a new midfielder.
Greek striker Vryzas has also attracted the interest of a number of clubs across Europe with his goal scoring exploits at Renato Curi.
Vryzas has netted six goals in 17 appearances this season and Lazio see the player as a perfect addition to the squad with both Hernan Crespo and Simone Inzaghi currently injured.
Perugia would like to keep the trio, but they know they could not turn down a big money offer from any of the top sides in Serie A.
Another of their players, Salvatore Monaco, continues to be linked with Bolton Wanderers, despite Sam Allardyce denying the midfielder is arriving at The Reebok Stadium on trial.
