Seamus Coleman insists his impressive form this season is down to the positive attitude of Everton boss Roberto Martinez.
The Irishman has reportedly attracted interest from a host of top clubs after excelling for the Toffees this campaign.
And after notching seven goals from full-back already, the 25-year-old bargain buy from Sligo Rovers puts his improvement down to Martinez.
"He is a very positive character and I think we all feed off that," Coleman told the Daily Star.
"As players you like to be confident and then, when you go out on a Saturday, he encourages you to do things.
"If it does not come off it is not like he is going to give you a blasting on the sidelines, he will encourage you to do it again.
"Saying that, if you are not performing he will let you know about it."
Coleman also reserved praise for his former boss David Moyes, the man who brought him to Goodison Park, but believes Martinez has taken him to another level.
"Obviously, the previous manager was brilliant with me as well. He helped me massively," Coleman added.
"Roberto has massively helped me too. I am learning as much as everyone else from him."
