Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo has revealed that Everton's Kieran Agard is on his list of transfer targets.

Toffees youngster and Djordjic could make loan moves

Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo has revealed that Everton youngster Kieran Agard is on his list of January transfer targets. The SPL club are expected to sign strikers Izale McLeod and Steven MacLean on loan from Charlton and Plymouth, respectively, but they are also keen for more attacking options on a temporary basis. Agard, 20, has caught Laszlo's eye after breaking into the Everton first team this season, while former Manchester United and Rangers midfielder Bojan Djordjic is another possible arrival. The Hearts boss told the Edinburgh Evening News about the possible loan signings: "In the last couple of days, we have brought two players here and we must make a decision about this. Then we have one month to do something. "Agard is still in my mind, and we also have other names who wish to come to us." Djordjic is under contract at AIK Stockholm until 2012, but he is planning to hold talks about his future.

Driver comeback

He said: "I have heard there is interest from Hearts. I don't actually know what is happening there so I have to speak to my club. "I haven't spoken to our chief executive so I can't say anything more at the moment. "I have three more years on my contract so it's hard to speak about something that's actually happening in the background." Meanwhile, Hearts winger Andrew Driver is hoping to make his latest comeback from injury at the end of January. A knee problem has sidelined the 22-year-old for almost two months, the setback striking weeks after his return from a foot problem. "The rehab has been going pretty well," Driver told Hearts' Matchday Magazine. "It has been a niggling injury which has been taking a while to clear up."
