Everton goalkeeper John Ruddy and Manchester City full-back Shaleum Logan have both joined Stockport County on 28-day loan deals.
Ruddy returns to Edgeley Park for his second loan spell after impressing there last season.
The 21-year-old is also likely to start for the Hatters against Accrington Stanley on Saturday, as fellow shot-stopper Conrad Logan is suspended.
Shaleum Logan will also go into Jim Gannon's squad as he makes Stockport his third loan move of the season, after already enjoying short-term stays with Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
The 19-year-old has made two starts for Sven Goran Eriksson's side - featuring against Norwich and Bristol City in this season's Carling Cup.
