JOSEPH YOBO claims he has not agreed personal terms with Everton over a proposed £4.5 million move from Marseille.

The Nigerian World Cup star has been a revelation for The Merseysiders this season but although Everton have struck a deal with l'OM to extend his loan spell, Yobo maintains there are still a number of details to be ironed out.

"I am not happy with a few things and I need my future to be secure if I am going to stay with Everton," said Yobo.

"Everton have agreed a deal with Marseille, but they haven't agreed a deal with me.

"At the moment I am still on loan. It is a case of waiting to see what is going to happen."

Goodison Park chiefs claimed 21-year-old Yobo had penned a five-year deal with The Toffees.

Meanwhile, Everton are poised to tie up the services of teenage wonder kid Wayne Rooney.

The 17-year-old striker, recently voted Young Sports Personality of the Year, has just changed agents and is set to win a lucrative three-year deal with the option of two more years.
