Arsenal will face no UEFA action following an incident during their Champions League game against Galatasaray on October 1.
Several flares were thrown onto the pitch towards the end of the first half from the section where the 3,000 away supporters were located, causing the Group D match to be briefly halted.
Metropolitan Police confirmed there had been six arrests at the game, two of which were for entering the ground with flares.
UEFA regards it as the home side's responsibility to search fans for any illegal items before they come into the stadium and Arsenal were initially charged with "insufficient organisation (lack of body searching)."
That charge has now been dropped, although Galatasaray have been fined £39,600 and ordered to pay damages to Arsenal, who won the game 4-1.
The return fixture – the final game of Arsenal’s Champions League group campaign - takes place in Istanbul on December 9.
