Arsenal are among several Premier League clubs tracking Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Karl Darlow, Sky Sports understands.
Arsene Wenger is in the market for a new keeper at the Emirates following the departure of Lukasz Fabianski earlier this summer and Darlow is thought to figure highly on his wanted list.
Darlow is regarded as one of the best young goalkeepers outside the Premier League after catching the eye at Forest during the last two seasons.
The 23-year-old has established himself as the No.1 at Forest after breaking into the first team in January last year and was rewarded for his outstanding form with a new deal last summer.
Scouts have been flocking to the City Ground to keep tabs on Darlow during the last 18 months with the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham also credited with an interest in his services.
However, Arsenal have stepped up their interest with Wenger keen to bring in a keeper to provide cover and competition for Wojciech Szczesny.
Forest are reluctant to lose Darlow as they look to build a squad capable of challenging for promotion to the Premier League next season, but are bracing themselves for offers.
