Kim Kallstrom revealed his delight after making his Premier League debut in Arsenal's 3-1 victory over West Ham United on Tuesday.
The Gunners regained fourth spot in the English top flight, despite going behind to an early Matt Jarvis goal for West Ham.
A Lukas Podolski brace, intersected by an Olivier Giroud strike, saw the Gunners bounce back and Kallstrom admits it was good to finally feature following an injury-plagued spell since his arrival in January.
Kallstrom completed 90 minutes for the first time at the Emirates Stadium and remains eager to contribute to Arsenal's bid for a top four finish.
"It feels very good," the midfielder told Expressen. "It was fun to play, it was long since I did that."
"It was truly fun to get to play 90 minutes and terrific to won. It is obvious that it feels very good, you play together with very skilled players here.
"Of course, it feels good that you are starting to play your part. The more playing time you get, the easier it becomes to get into it."
Everton could usurp Arsenal in the standings on Wednesday when they take on Crystal Palace and Kallstrom understands how significant claiming a Champions League place is to Arsenal.
"The fourth place is tremendously important for us," he admitted.
