Vito Mannone: Appearance against Stoke was only his seventh for the Gunners in five seasons
Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone says it will be a dream to be picked for the Gunners' clash at Liverpool this weekend.
Mannone is again on standby ahead of Sunday's Anfield clash, with regular shot-stopper Wojciech Szczesny struggling to recover from a rib problem.
Poland international Szczesny missed last weekend's trip to Premier League rivals Stoke, but Mannone, 24, kept a clean sheet as Arsenal earned a 0-0 draw.
Fun
"Liverpool will be more technical and play the ball on the floor more than Stoke," said the Italian.
"It is a dream of any kid to play at Anfield. I went a few years ago to watch a game, just to see the stadium.
"It will be fun if I have the chance, because I would love to play in that ground, feel the atmosphere and hopefully get a win."
