Fiorentina are reluctant to part with Stevan Jovetic and have informed potential suitors that it will take 30million euros to force their hand.

Montenegrin forward will cost interested parties upwards of £20m

Fiorentina are reluctant to part with in-demand striker Stevan Jovetic and have informed potential suitors that it will take 30million euros to force their hand. The highly-rated 22-year-old continues to attract admiring glances from across Europe, with Premier League heavyweights Arsenal and Chelsea believed to be heading the list. Reigning Serie A champions Juventus are also said to be keen on a player who has blossomed during his four years in Italy. Fiorentina are aware of the mounting interest in the Montenegro international, but hope they will continue to benefit from his considerable ability. Every player has a price, though, and sporting director Daniele Prade claims €30million (£23.8m) would be enough to entice the club into transfer talks.

Agreement

"Since the start of the season we have said that we are not selling Jovetic," he told SportItalia. "There is, however, an agreement with the player that (should we get an offer) above a certain figure, we will sit down and evaluate the offer. "So far we have not received an offer for the player. "He is a top player and we will only consider offers above 30million euros. "He has the potential to become a player like (Roma icon) Francesco Totti."
