Midfielder plans to spend 2012/13 season at Montpellier

Younes Belhanda has sought to bring an end to the speculation surrounding his future by stating his desire to spend one more season with Montpellier. The Morocco international has been strongly linked with a summer switch away from the reigning French champions. Arsenal are among those reported to be keen on acquiring the 22-year-old's services, while Paris St Germain are also in the running. Belhanda is, however, keen to take in a UEFA Champions League campaign with his current employers before taking on a new challenge. "I want to make it clear that it is my choice to carry on with the adventure with my friends at Montpellier," he posted on his Facebook account. "I really want to play in the Champions League with the club where I have been educated. "I am very happy to defend the colours of this club again next season."
