Arsenal keeper Manuel Almunia insists he has a good relationship with Jens Lehmann following the German's return.
The veteran shot-stopper has returned to solve the club's crisis between the sticks with Wojciech Szczesny and Lukasz Fabianski both injured.
The pair rarely saw eye-to-eye before the veteran keeper left the Gunners in 2008 and signed a one-year contract with Stuttgart.
Lehmann was on the bench for Saturday's 2-2 draw with West Brom while Almunia was at fault for the Baggies' second of the game.
Despite the pair renewing their rivalry under Arsene Wenger, the Spaniard claims there is a mutual respect between the two.

"There are no problems," said Almunia. "There is respect between us.
"We have keepers out injured. Jens was one of the best keepers in the world and has returned to give his best.
"When he left Arsenal we spoke and he left on good terms. We have a good relationship.
"He's here to compete with me and it's a challenge. But I've always tried to help the team."
