Arsene Wenger has hailed Arsenal's emphatic 4-0 FA Cup replay win over Cardiff City and reserved special praise for Eduardo.
The Gunners set up a fifth-round clash against Burnley with a comprehensive victory over the Bluebirds at the Emirates on Monday night.
The home side took control from the off and confirmed the victory thanks to a brace from Eduardo and further goals from Nicklas Bendtner and Robin van Persie.
It was Eduardo's first start in just over a year following his horrific leg break at Birmingham and the Croatia international looked a long way back to his best with a polished 67-minute display.
"Of course everybody is happy for him but I believe it was a good team performance, dynamic, convincing, mobile with the kind of game we love to play," said Wenger.
"Eduardo played a big part in that and everybody is of course pleased for him tonight.
"He made a big step forward two weeks ago where you could see he found sharpness in front of goal, in his runs, got rid of a bit of apprehension in the tackling.
"He's been extremely strong mentally (during the past year). I could never see one minute of doubt in his mind or one minute where he said, 'no, today I don't want to do it.'"
