Arsene Wenger admits new signing Eduardo da Silva has only a small chance of figuring against Sparta Prague on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old - a £7million signing from Dinamo Zagreb - missed Sunday's Premier League opener with Fulham with an ankle injury.
And the Gunners boss says the Brazil-born Croatia international is likely to be sidelined for the UEFA Champions League qualifier.
"There's a small chance - there's a 50-50 chance," Wenger told the club's official website, Arsenal.com.
But Wenger confirmed that Emmanuel Adebayor is definitely out as he continues his recuperation from a groin injury.
