Anthony Stokes has pleaded with Arsenal to let him know where he will be playing in the New Year.
The striker, who is currently on loan with Falkirk, has scored 11 goals so far this season, but his loan spell is due to end next month.
Although Arsene Wenger admitted, two weeks ago, he was impressed with his performances in Scotland, Stokes has not been told if he is wanted at the Emirates Stadium.
The 18-year-old has also been liked with Celtic and Charlton after impressing in his brief tenure at Falkirk.
Stokes told The Sun: "Those two weeks have gone very quickly and the only disappointing thing is that I still haven't heard from Arsenal what is happening."
If Stokes' contract with Falkirk is not extended then Saturday's SPL match with Inverness Caledonian Thistle will be his last.
"If Saturday is to be my last game for Falkirk then of course it would be sad because I have really enjoyed my time up here.
"We will just have to wait and see what happens because at the end of the day it is up to Arsenal as to whether I come back," he said.
