Arsenal teenager Denilson has replaced club colleague Gilberto Silva in the Brazil squad for the friendly against Switzerland.
Gilberto has withdrawn from Dunga's squad for Wednesday's game in Basel due to 'personal reasons'.
His place in the party has gone to Denilson, who only joined Arsenal prior to August's transfer deadline from Sao Paulo.
Denilson has been captain of Brazil's Under-19 side, while he has made two appearances in the Carling Cup since arriving at Emirates Stadium.
In addition to Gilberto missing the game, Barcelona midfielder Edmilson has also been forced out of the friendly.
Edmilson is carrying an ankle injury, with his place in the squad being taken by Borussia Dortmund's Tinga.
Brazil coach Dunga had made one change to his original squad last week when Gladstone was called up for the injured Lucio.
