Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos is expected to miss next week's UEFA Champions League semi-final clash with Villarreal.
The Swiss ace picked up a knee injury during Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Tottenham on Saturday.
Senderos was forced off with the problem midway through the second half at Highbury and Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has conceded the player is unlikely to make the trip to Spain.
"I don't know, he has a knee problem. I think he will be out for Tuesday," Wenger told the club's official website.
The injury is a blow to Arsenal as they have seen their defensive options restricted by injuries this season.
It means Sol Campbell could be rushed back into action after missing the last three games with a broken nose.
