Jeremie Aliadiere is keen to obtain more first team football next season, but Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger seems reluctant to allow the young striker to leave Highbury on a loan basis.

The French forward is desperate for regular action, according to respected sports newspaper L'Equipe, and would not be short of options if Wenger decided to release him on a temporary basis.

St Etienne are keen to recruit the youngster as part of their special relationship with the Premiership champions.

However, bigger clubs are also circling around the 21-year-old, with Ajax, PSV Eindhoven and Borussia Dortmund all understood to be admirers of his talents.

Aliadiere started in The Gunners' FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester United, and is a valuable squad member for Wenger.
