NICOLAS PENNETEAU has grown frustrated at a lack of action in the transfer market, after expecting offers from Everton and Arsenal.

The Bastia keeper is happy to stay put, after no firm bids have materialised, despite much speculation concerning his future, and positive indications from his agents.

"I don't know anything," he told France Football.

"My agents, Philippe Flavier and Henri Zambelli, get on my nerves!

"I haven't had any news from them for one week. That is crazy!

"They told me Everton have been interested in me for a month. But, finally, is there any concrete proposition? No.

"The Bastia officials always told me they didn't receive any offer.

"I am, above all, disappointed and sad with my agents' behaviour.

"As for Arsenal, I can't tell you anything.

"I just know no-one called me, either a chairman or a coach.

"I am fine at Bastia, and to stay here won't disturb me, anyway. On the contrary."
