Landreau looks set to leave Les Canaris

MICKAEL LANDREAU'S decaying relationship with Nantes chairman Jean-Luc Gripond looks like seeing the player finally leave Stade de la Beaujoire this summer.

After years of speculation surrounding the young goalkeeper's future Landreau now looks destined to leave Les Canaris.

The club value the shot-stopper at around ‚é¼6 million (£4 million) and Arsenal and Le Championnat rivals Marseille are both known to be keen admirers of the 22-year-old.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was interested in bringing Landreau into Highbury during the January transfer window but looks to have lost out to Marseille boss Alain Perrin who is set to swoop in the summer.
