Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is looking for an experienced goalkeeper after Rami Shaaban broke his leg in training earlier this week.
Wenger has been linked with all three keepers in the past, and is now stepping up his interest in a new shot-stopper after Shaaban's injury.
Fenerbahce's Rustu can leave his Turkish side at the end of the season but has recently said that he regretted not moving to England.
The Turkish number one could now be tempted into a winter move, to give him a new lease on life after recent struggles with the Istanbul giants.
Wenger, however, has also been linked with French keepers Mickael Landreau and Ulrich Rame.
Nantes' Landreau and Bordeaux's Rame are both French internationals and have been both linked with moves to Highbury in the past.
The Canaries have already said that the talented young Landreau could leave La Beaujoire for é¼6 million, and he seems to be Wenger's preferred option ahead of Rame.
Roma keeper Francesco Antonioli is also interesting Wenger, who now looks certain to add a new keeper to his ranks in the winter.
