JEREMIE ALIADIERE is receiving treatment on the groin injury that is threatening to keep him out for several months.
The 19-year-old Arsenal striker, who opened his Premiership account against West Brom this season, has seen his Highbury career put on hold.
"It is bad news," he wrote on his personal website.
"I will miss between two and five months, and that is bad news at a time when I am getting in Arsenal's team with regularity.
"But, when you are a professional footballer, it is neccesary to know to accept the injury.
"I do not worry. I will rest and try to return to the pitch as quickly as possible.
"I am in very good hands, those of Philippe Boixel, who is a very good doctor, recognised throughout the world of football.
"So not to tire myself, I have remained quietly at home, without leaving for London too much."
Arsene Wenger will be hoping his young striking starlet makes a full recovery soon in order to compete for a starting spot with the reigning champions and current Premiership leaders.
