Jimmy Bullard believes Fernando Torres was guilty of a deliberate head-butt at Anfield on Saturday.
The Liverpool striker is accused of walking into the back of Fulham defender John Pantsil, and making contact with his head, during the 0-0 stalemate on Merseyside.
The incident incensed Cottagers midfielder Bullard, despite replays suggesting the clash was accidental.
The England hopeful confronted Torres at the final whistle, becoming involved in an angry exchange with the Spanish striker.
Bullard is adamant that his team-mate was on the receiving end of a malicious act, but insists Fulham have no desire to take the matter further.
"I just felt he had head-butted John and I wasn't happy that someone had done that to one of my team-mates," he said.
"But we're not making anything of it, it happens.
"And I wouldn't have done it if it had been Duncan Ferguson - I'd have been nowhere near!"
