Accrington manager John Coleman is keen to build on the club's relationship with Liverpool after extending the loan of goalkeeper David Martin for a further month.
The 21-year-old's initial month-long loan spell was disrupted by an ankle injury he picked up inside five minutes of his first match.
But he made a comeback and returned in the 1-0 win over Torquay, which was also the debut for Liverpool defender Godwin Antwi, who has moved to the Fraser Eagle Stadium on loan until the end of the season.
Stanley have also had midfielder David Mannix on loan from Anfield and it is a link that Coleman is keen to build on and forge a strong relationship.
He said: "We've had a couple come here on loan. It can only be good for us really.
"Liverpool have been good to us and if we can stay up hopefully we can develop that even further next year."
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Przemyslaw Kazimierczak has returned to Bolton after a loan spell at Accrington.
