Chris Kirkland is adamant he will come back from his latest injury setback stronger than ever.
The goalkeeper broke his finger during training last week and has returned to Liverpool after playing just 10 games during his loan spell at West Brom because of injury.
Kirkland has admitted he would like another chance at The Hawthorns and was sad to see his time at the club cut short.
"All I know is I will come back," Kirkland told the Daily Star. "I know the injuries will put people off but at least it's not my back this time.
"I really enjoyed my time at Albion and driving away was quite hard.
"I'm sorry I couldn't show them more but hopefully I will have another chance.
"I'm lost for words at the moment and I have a lot of emotions.
"I'm very disappointed and upset."
