Juventus coach Fabio Capello has laughed off rumours linking French defender Jonathan Zebina with a move to Tottenham.
The former Roma man returned to action on Sunday after a long absence due to injury, but is reported to be unhappy at his current situation with both Liverpool and Spurs interested in a move for the international defender.
However Capello now insists that Spurs, who are in talks to sign Ajax star Nigel de Jong, are not likely to take Zebina from Stadio Delle Alpi.
"Zebina at Tottenham? It doesn't really exist," said Capello.
The Bianconeri boss also confirmed the impending arrival of Parma's Marco Marchionni, with the midfielder moving to Turin in the summer.
"Anyway I can confirm Marco Marchionni's arrival in June and it isn't true this player will arrive to replace Mauro German Camoranesi.
"Much foolishness has been told."
Capello was also keen to disregard constant rumours linking him with Spanish titans Real Madrid, as Los Merengues are believed to be keen to tempt the Italian back to the Bernabeu.
"All things I read or hear about me don't bother me and the team too.
"Players only think to run, I only think to train and the club to do in a good way what they are doing.
"These are foolishness."
