Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez could have both Momo Sissoko and Fernando Morientes available for Sunday's visit of Chelsea.

The Reds face Chelsea twice in a week and will be looking to go one better after holding the Premiership champions to a 0-0 draw in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night.

Morientes picked up a hamstring injury whilst on international duty with Spain earlier in the month.

Sissoko has been out of action with a thigh strain but Benitez is hopeful that both men will be available for Sunday's crunch clash with Jose Mourinho's side.

"We are hopeful they will be available for Sunday's game," said Benitez.

Benitez's side are already 14 points behind league leaders Chelsea, although they do have two games in hand, after The Blues have won every Premiership game so far this season.

Benitez may want to change things around for Sunday's Premiership clash at Anfield, and having Morientes and Sissoko available would be a real bonus.
