Real Madrid keeper Cesar has been the subject of several approaches from English clubs.

The player's agent Gines Carvajal confirmed the interest although would not reveal the interested parties.

The 33-year-old has made just two appearances this season, and would be available on a free as his contract expires in the summer.

He has been unable to reach an agreement with Los Merengues, and has also been the subject of domestic interest in the shape of Espanyol.

However the player is focusing on the remainder of the season with Real, and could be called into action after Iker Casillas picked up a knock in the midweek win over Real Betis.

"My objective is to work all the days and at the right moment choose the solution that is best for my future," said Cesar.

During the January transfer window Cesar nearly joined fellow Spaniard Rafa Benitez at Liverpool, although the loan move failed to materialise.
