Chelsea target Cesar Azpilicueta claims they need to approach Marseille if they want to sign him this month.
Azpilicueta has been linked with a move to Chelsea for some time as the Blues look to bring in a new right-back to solve a problematic position in Andre Villas-Boas' side.
Chelsea are thought to be lining up a move for the 22-year-old as they look to add to the signing of Gary Cahill from Bolton.
Azpilicueta, who joined Marseille from Osasuna in 2010, has hinted he would be interested in a move to Chelsea if they firm up their interest.
"They need to talk to Marseille as I have a contract until 2014," Azpilicueta is quoted as saying in the Daily Mirror.
