Chelsea full-back Jose Bosingwa has said that his team-mates are out for 'revenge' when they host Manchester United, live on Sky Sports 1 and HD1.
The Red Devils overcame Chelsea in the race for the Premier League title last season before defeating them on penalties in the UEFA Champions League final in Moscow.
Blues manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has insisted his players will not be focused on seeking vengeance when they face United on Sunday, but summer signing Bosingwa has stated that the squad are out to heal their 'hurt'.
The Portuguese said in the Daily Mirror: "Chelsea were hurt by the defeat in the Champions League and of course the players would like a little sporting revenge.
"If you look at the performances so far this season then Chelsea are favourites for the match and we are at home where we have been very strong.
"I have played in some very special games in Portugal against Benfica and Sporting Lisbon and you can see the Chelsea players are focused and determined to win.
"We know that if we win it would be a massive blow for United."
