Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has confirmed that he hopes to sign both Andrei Shevchenko and Ronaldinho this summer.
Former Milan star Shevchenko has failed to live up to expectations at Chelsea following his £30million move to Stamford Bridge in 2006.
Shevchenko was a huge favourite with the Rossoneri management and fans alike and now Berlusconi - who has stayed in close contact with the Ukrainian - is set to make the move to bring him back to the Giuseppe Meazza.
"I want to bring him (Shevchenko) back to Milan and it is very likely I'll achieve it," he said.
"It would be great for us if he came back."
Ronaldinho
Ronaldinho, who continues to be linked with moves away from Barcelona, is another player on top of Milan's wanted list.
English clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City have been strongly linked, but Milan are also very much in the hunt and their vice-president Adriano Galliani met with Ronaldinho's agent Roberto Assis recently.
Assis shunned claims he was talking with Galliani about his brother, but Berlusconi admits Milan will be trying to get Ronaldinho.
"We'll speak to Barcelona in the next few weeks," he said.
