Maicon has agreed a new contract with Internazionale, ending speculation about his future at the club - whilst compatriot Adriano has also expressed his desire to return to Milan.
Full-back Maicon was linked with a possible switch to Chelsea or Barcelona after initial talks over a new deal with the Nerazzurri broke down.
But now Inter have reached agreement with the former Monaco man to extend his contract and end any interest from rival clubs.
"They told me his deal is ok. He will stay with us," said Inter supremo Massimo Moratti.
Meanwhile, Adriano - currently on a six-month loan deal with Sao Paulo, has confirmed he wants to re-launch his Inter career next season.
"I have said from the beginning, I hope Inter will be my future," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I know I have left a bad impression in Italy and I want to come back and show who I am and what I'am able to do.
"I hope to come back, then we can try again."
