Daniel Alves has insisted he has no hard feelings towards Sevilla after failing to secure a move away from the Uefa Cup holders this summer.
The Brazilian defender was strongly linked with a move to Chelsea during the transfer window but Sevilla were able to keep him.
Sevilla take on Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday but Alves maintains that he will not be trying to show Chelsea what they are missing.
He is committed to helping his side progress in Europe, particularly following the death of Antonio Puerta.
"The speculation this summer was very intense about me and a move to Chelsea. That is over now," Alves said in the Daily Star.
"I am happy playing in Sevilla despite the fact that in August they rejected my sale. There are no hard feelings.
"We have no fear coming to Arsenal, and the greatest advantage that we have is that we play as a wonderful team, and Puerta's shock death has brought us together even more."
